The Performance Lab Completion

ABI is proud to share the completion of The Performance Lab, a 25,000-square-foot medical, rehabilitation, and performance facility located on Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa.

Designed to bring advanced medical care, rehabilitation, recovery, and performance services together under one roof, The Performance Lab provides a highly specialized environment serving professional athletes, active individuals, and patients working to recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve their overall health and performance.

A Facility Designed Around Recovery and Performance

The Performance Lab brings multiple specialized areas together within one integrated facility. The space includes dedicated rehabilitation areas, advanced diagnostic imaging, procedure and consultation rooms, a specialized Brain Health Suite, and a professional-grade Performance Center.

The rehabilitation environment incorporates specialized equipment and technology designed to support patients throughout different stages of recovery. A dedicated 2,000-plus-square-foot Brain Health Suite provides space for the assessment and treatment of patients recovering from head injuries and other neurological conditions.

The facility also includes a 4,000-square-foot Performance Center designed for advanced rehabilitation, training, and ongoing performance care.

Bringing Advanced Medical Care Together

One of the defining elements of The Performance Lab is the integration of medical evaluation, diagnostics, treatment, rehabilitation, and performance services within a single location. The facility was designed to support collaboration among physicians, therapists, and other specialists while creating an efficient and comfortable experience for patients.

Completing a facility with this range of specialized medical and performance spaces required careful coordination of construction, building systems, equipment, and the individual requirements of each area.

The completed Performance Lab transforms 25,000 square feet into a modern healthcare and performance destination serving the Tampa Bay community.
