ABI Companies completed a 2,700-square-foot tenant build-out for UrgentVet in Clearwater, Florida. The finished facility supports UrgentVet’s mission of providing convenient animal care to pet owners 365 days a year.

With locations throughout the Southeastern United States, UrgentVet offers an alternative for pets that need prompt attention when their regular veterinarian may not be available.

A Space Designed for Year-Round Animal Care

An animal care facility must support the practical needs of veterinary professionals while also creating a comfortable environment for pets and their owners. Within the 2,700-square-foot space, each area needed to contribute to an efficient and organized experience.

ABI transformed the commercial interior into a professional facility suited to UrgentVet’s daily operations. The completed build-out gives the veterinary team a functional setting where it can evaluate and care for pets throughout the year.
