Establish clear project goals regarding timeline and budget, and then develop a specific project plan to reach said goals.

Site Investigation
Conduct thorough Due Diligence on each project utilizing key sub contractor and consultant input, identifying environmental elements for client review.

Budget Development
Research all aspects of the project – construction costs, permitting costs, construction codes, etc. – and establish and monitor a base budget, as well as modifications through out the project.

Value-engineering Analysis
Conduct value-engineering analysis, identifying reasonable cost-reduction opportunities through alternate equal scope items for client consideration.

Design Management
Evaluate the design at specific intervals to insure client and budget needs are being met.

Permit Analysis
Review drawings to identify any potential obstacles in regard to securing the required permits.

Secure Project Permit
Conduct pre-design and pre-submission meetings with the permit authorities.
