We at ABI Inc. are thrilled to announce the completion of our recent ground-up project - Woodie's Wash Shack. This exciting venture reaffirms our commitment to providing superior general contracting services, meeting accelerated schedules, and delivering results that exceed expectations.

The Client: Woodie's Wash Shack

Woodie's Wash Shack is revolutionizing the car wash business in the Tampa Bay / St. Pete area. As a local, family-owned enterprise, they provide the best car wash experience around, thanks to their commitment to old-school values and exceptional customer service. Their team, known as the surf crew, is trained to serve with courtesy and to take ownership of any shortcomings, reaffirming their golden promise to make a difference in their customers' day​.

Cutting-Edge Technology

The Woodie's Wash Shack project was a technological marvel. Their facilities boast some of the most cutting-edge technology in the car wash industry, including a safe conveyor belt for rims and tires, a 100-foot car wash tunnel for additional services and extended wash times, and an extra-wide tunnel that can accommodate vehicles up to 7’2” wide and 7’2” tall. The technology also includes a ceramic seal treatment to protect your vehicle's paint from the sun, sand, and UV rays​.

An Exceptional Membership Program

Woodie’s Endless Wash Club is a standout feature of their service. Offering unlimited washes per month for one low price, this membership program brings value to customers who wash their cars more than twice a month. The program also comes with the perk of being part of their member loyalty program, which offers quarterly giveaways of Woodie’s Goodies, event ticket giveaways, and more​.

A Nostalgic Experience

The design of Woodie's Wash Shack draws inspiration from the surf culture of the 1960s, a nod to which is their Woodie Surf Wagon Icon. Customers are transported to a tropical locale as they cruise through the wash tunnel, complete with the sounds of Jimmy Buffett, Kenny Chesney, and the Beach Boys, coupled with the scent of coconuts. Their mission is to create an oasis of epic amounts of courtesy, cleanliness, fun, and opportunity, thereby providing the best experience in the bay​.

The Journey with Woodie's

The journey with Woodie's was an exciting experience. Our team worked diligently and effectively to complete the project within an accelerated schedule. The construction process was captured in a timelapse video, showcasing the transformation from bare land to a fully operational car wash facility.
